We aren't all about the label here at Hunter Holistix. We know that when you aren't feeling yourself it pays to make a change.
We can help you make that change through a range of traditional and alternative therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IP), hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
We provide a holistic approach to support you on your journey to live the life you deserve.
At Hunter Holistix, we know that everyone is different, and one size does not fit all, so we tailor sessions to meet your specific needs, helping you to get back to the things you enjoy.
This is the approach that gives an Internal Family System (IFS) to the many parts that we have inside of ourselves at any one moment.
This exciting evidence-based treatment is now available at Hunter Holistix. Originally targeting symptoms of trauma, IFS has been found to alleviate a multitude of symptoms as it builds dual awareness, acceptance and self-compassion towards all parts of our psyche.
Welcoming the many parts of our personality, the body, and the inherent wisdom that we each have access to inside of us, this therapy is truly holistic in its approach.
Jasmine has completed Level 1 training with the IFS Institute in the USA.
