We are animal lovers here at Hx. Jasper and Sabre spread joy and calm on days where they make a guest appearance in the practice. If dogs are not your cup of tea, we can organise one of our friendly colleagues to give them pats while you enjoy your session.
When I first became a Psychologist, I noticed how many people were struggling to let go of past emotional experiences and inhibiting behavioural patterns.
I began searching for alternatives, with the aim of supporting others to move beyond the boundaries of their previous experience and towards the chance for empowerment and lasting change. What I found were the therapies that are offered at Hunter Holistix.
The best part of this journey was that in doing so, I discovered my own unconscious barriers, experiencing the effectiveness of these interventions firsthand. The existence of Hunter Holistix is a testament to that journey.
